The RANZCP NT Branch welcomes Dr Tetyana Rocks as our 2026 Travelling Scholar who will be presenting 'From anxiety to Alzheimer's: applying nutritional psychiatry across the lifespan'.
A light lunch will be provided at 12.00pm.
Presentation will begin 9:00am.

From anxiety to Alzheimer's: applying nutritional psychiatry across the lifespan
Learning outcomes
- Describe how Nutritional Psychiatry can be applied in practice across common mental health conditions across the lifespan.
- Recognise key dietary patterns and everyday eating behaviours that support mental and brain health.
- Discuss practical, achievable approaches to dietary behaviour change in the context of mental health care.
Presenter
Dr Tetyana Rocks is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Director of the Food & Mood Academy, and Senior Research Fellow at the Food & Mood Centre, Deakin University. She leads the translation of Nutritional Psychiatry evidence into practical clinical application, supporting both clinicians and the public to implement food-based strategies for mental health. Dr Rocks developed the first free online course in Nutritional Psychiatry, reaching over 94,000 participants globally, and leads two professional development programs, including an award-winning course in Lifestyle Medicine. She was awarded the 2024 Outstanding Contribution to the Profession by Dietitians Australia and has delivered more than 170 presentations, including keynotes, workshops, and media engagements nationally and internationally. Originally from Ukraine, Dr Rocks is committed to community-focused, culturally inclusive approaches to mental health and nutrition.

There is no cancellation refund as this is a free event. If you cannot attend and have registered, please let us know by sending an email to nsw.training@ranzcp.org as soon as possible as seats are limited.

The health and safety of attendees is our highest priority. RANZCP requests that any attendee who is feeling unwell or has cold flu like symptoms, does not to attend the event. If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the event, please send your cancellation to nsw.training@ranzcp.org as soon as possible as seats are limited.
