The RANZCP Section of Electroconvulsive Therapy and Neurostimulation, SA Branch will be running a 2 day training and skills Neurostimulation Workshop.

The Workshop is targeted at Consultant Psychiatrists who plan to apply to their service to be credentialed to provide ECT. It will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to commence ECT practice. It will meet the credentialing requirement, to have recently completed a suitable ECT Training Course. Whilst Consultant Psychiatrists aiming to be credentialed ECT practitioners is the main target group, trainee psychiatrists and multi-disciplinary team members who are interested in enhancing their knowledge in ECT and neurostimulation are welcome to attend.

The Workshop will involve both academic and practical sessions. The first day will include an onsite tour and inspection of the ECT/Neurostimulation Clinic, Glenside. A practical session will also take place on the second day of the workshop.

Cancellations received after 15 November 2024, will not be refunded.
