Guided by Sprout's experienced chef team, you'll work together to prepare a selection of delicious dishes, picking up practical tips and techniques along the way. From hands-on cooking to shared moments around the table, the evening is designed to be both enjoyable and rewarding - whether you're a confident cook or simply keen to try something new.

After cooking, sit down together to enjoy the meal you've created, complemented by beverages, and continue the conversation in a relaxed setting. With team-based activities woven throughout the session, it's a perfect way to unwind, collaborate, and connect with fellow members and guests.

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent to RANZCP.SA@ranzcp.org before Wednesday 8 July 2026 . No refunds will be issued after this date. Substitute delegates may be accepted. All applications for substitution must be made in writing to the Branch office.
