PEP-Web Terms and Conditions

 

1. PEP-Web subscriptions

The PEP-Web subscription year is 1 January–31 December.

Subscription fees

The cost for RANZCP subscribers is set out in the Membership subscription and training fee table for the applicable subscription year, under ‘3. PEP-Web (Psychoanalytic Electronic Publishing)’. The Faculty of Psychotherapy provides additional subsidies for its Faculty members, RANZCP trainees, and Fellows undertaking Advanced Training in the Psychotherapies, which are also set out in the fee table.

Additional fees

Please note that if you decide not to renew your subscription in any given year, and then wish to rejoin the group subscription in a future year, PEP-Web will impose a substantial fee to reactivate your subscription as outlined in the Membership subscription and training fee table for the applicable subscription year. Late fees (imposed by PEP-Web) may also be payable if you choose to join or renew after the due date each year.

2. Payment of subscription

Payment

No GST is applicable for PEP-Web subscriptions.
Australian participants can pay by credit card (Mastercard and Visa, in Australian dollars only) or BPAY. New Zealand participants can pay by credit card (Mastercard and Visa only) or EFT. Credit card payments can be made securely online via the My RANZCP portal.

Payment description must include your RANZCP ID and last name, e.g. 11111 Smith.

Please allow 14 days after completing your BPAY or EFT transaction for the allocation to be made to your account.

Receipts

Receipts for online payments will be available upon clearance of payment via MyRANZCP.

3. Data privacy

In order for you to access the PEP-Web service, we need to send your details to PEP-Web, who then hold your details in a secure database. If you do not want PEP-Web to keep your data should you discontinue your subscription, please let PEP-Web know and they will remove it.
